I have a friend that is selling his silver arrowana he is a foot long, might be too big for your tank tho.
The house is not air conditioned because it doesn't get hot in my house, we have tiled flooring at it stays fairly cool. But I will be looking out for a chiller.

My house flooded yesterday and the insurance people came and set up a bunch of fans and dehumidifiers in the house and it is raising the temperature of my 30gl nano-reef and my 40gl freshwater angel...
