Does anyone know if it is open now?

FYI on Monday 24th got some Scripps water brought it home and noticed about 4-5 pieces of sea weed. Not a show stopper but thought you should know.

Don't get me wrong, guys. I use it every time too. But sometimes I run out of time to change it the same day as i usually do and I wanted to know if that water go bad if stays a few days in my 5gal...
