so regarding my original question...is scripps safe as of today?

the last time i got scripps was about 2 weeks ago. i've noticed cyano starting to develop in some spots in my tanks. that's the reason i stopped using scripps a year ago but i just started again.

Does anyone know if it rained up in La Jolla around Scripps yesterday too? I usually wait a few days after the rain before getting water. Please let me know. Thanks!
