Could be, they never give an exact date... Just make your own water, its cheaper than buying it at PK. I'd definitely make my own before paying for it.

They are union workers so it will be an extremely slow process. Plus they have outside contractors working on some of the different stages. Plus there are several inspections that have to take place...
Take some buckets into the ocean and fill em up :)
Better to do it away from the shoreline though...
Just run the water through a micron filter bag afterwords...

Well i couldn't give her water haha, but did explain why it was off and when it would be back on.
I've actually used it at 3pm once two weeks ago and 1pm the other day.. Sometimes they forget to turn off the pumps :)
The construction dudes are done by 4:30 so pipes are always turned on shortly...
