Teal Indian ring neck parakeet and custom cage

I have a young Indian ring neck that unfortunately needs more attention than I can give and taking up room where my wife has set up her work from home office. “Stinky is super friendly and loves attention. Really smart bird and acts like a dog. He even plays with his ball! Has been on a high quality pellet diet since weaning and is ready for a good home.
