Just picked this guy up recently. Roughly 2.5-3”. Currently eating krill. Is there anything better I should be feeding? Should I try cutting up a silverside or fresh fish from the grocery?

Where did you get it?
If you can get him to eat krill from a feeding stick, I’ll bet he’ll also take pieces of uncooked shrimp, which is healthier than krill.
