WANTED: Receptionist/Office Assistant in Chula Vista

For a small law office in Chula Vista

Experience not necessary but need the following skills:

Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish
Good writing skills
Outstanding people skills in person and on the phone
Competent with Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc}
Team player
Very good multitasking & organizational skills (answer to 3 attorneys)
Discretion with client information a must

I am flexible for part-time but as of the end of the year, must be available full time
