Reservation for a stay in a floating cabin

I wanted to surprise the family with a 2 night stay in a floating cabin at Santee lakes. Well I was able to get a reservation for 12/27 - 12/29, turns out our family is not able to go after all.

Since it seems hard to get reservations there, especially during the time when the kids are out of school - I wanted to see if anyone would be interesred in taking this transferable reservation, before we cancel it.
No extra charges, just the fee for the cabin and maybe a transfer fee for the reservation.

How much is the reservation?

Our reservation receipt has subtotal of 374.
A little pricey for a unique experience, lol.
We had been trying to get reservations for a while.
Just to be clear- you would be taking over the reservation just like a hotel reservation.
You would be paying Santee lakes, not us.
