I want to add more fish to my system but I already have a heavy bio-load...just wondering what's the most fish ppl have added to their system and how has it been?

One tank I saw had 40 something in a 100 gallon, mostly mid sized (4-6").. Really spectacular.. I suppose if you do water change all the time it wouldn't matter, as long as they're all "compatible.." And they can actually swim without bumping into each other
I only have 5 fish in a 90 gallon, the biggest fish is an ocellaris clown.. I'm hoping I'll never have to do water change, cuz I'm lazy

lol i just added a school of yellow tangs(5) and 6 fire fish...and a melanarus wrasse just today...
but still have more to add...to what i already have.
might just convert the tank to fowlr to make things easier...but we'll see.

1x frostbite bandit occelaris

Light clean up crew consisting of mainly snails, 2x blue legged hermits and 2x fighting conchs
Plan to add 4-5 more in the future, just unsure what to get atm. All fish are peaceful and get along great.
I run rox carbon from time to time along with rowa when needed. I also run a kz rev s skimmer that skimz like a champ. I change out a 7" sock twice a week. No algae issues ever and all fish are healthy and deserve free.
I have 1 fish per gallon in a 45
