I visited your store today for the first time, and was very impressed. I was a customer of Tri City Tropical, and they did help me out in starting up my tank, but I was always deterred by the overall appearance, care and upkeep of the store. Today I went in for my usual fill up of salt water and decided to check out a sump tank under there fish display, and I saw a dead Hippo Tang and another dead fish that couldn't be identified because a Star Fish was on top of it. I decided that I'd had enough and Googled out more shops and found yours nearby. Thank goodness for that. I was welcomed not with just a hello, but genuine smiles and interest in my tank by all the employees (Sara was particularly helpful). I received quality feedback that made me confident in the changes I'd made in my tank recently, and ultimately left with a new anemone that I'm very happy with. I have another aquarist that I'm going to talk to tomorrow to see if he wants to check it out. Thanks, Byron
