Wow, the difference is awesome. Great looking nano. Just curious, how do you keep that tank cool? I had the same one and I had to break the thing down because I couldn't keep it below 83 in the summer. Also, looks like you upgraded from the stock lights, what did you go over to?

I havent had a problem with the tank getting too hot. The room that its in stays relatively cool during the summer. The stock lights starting burning out after about 6 months. I switched over to a couple Marineland LED light bars. Nothing super fancy but they get the job done

Cool. Yeah I had a total of 3 of the stock lights in a 30 day period. All burned out. It was almost always the blues that went out. I dont have ac in my apartment and I think that may have been the issue. then again is always seemed like the tank was several degrees warmer than the air in the room and the light wasn't producing that much heat. I even switched over to another cooled led light and moved it further away and had the same results.

if I had known that the lights would burn out that fast, I would have just switched out the stock light from the get go. I lost a couple corals and zoa colonies cuz of the stupid lights. All is good now though. Once I got the new LEDs im seeing major growth spurts in everything

I'm amazed at the growth and dig the side by side photos. I am going to do the same as mine is pretty much maxed out in space...now just let it grow. And tell my wife to keep her arm out of the tank!

its also acting as a holding tank until i get m 40 gal up and running. Most of the LPS will be moved into the 40 and the nano will become a zoa farm

Very healthy looking nano! I'm also planning a 40 gal in the future to transfer everything in :)
