Looking for someone to cut canopy lid in half

I want to hire someone to cut the canopy lid (only the lid) in half for me. I want to put hinges on it, so that I can just lift the lid (and not have to remove the whole canopy) to do water changes. The base of the canopy will remain the same.
The canopy is pinecrest and I included pictures (see below).

I thought I would support a local SDR's business (or give someone a little extra cash for a side job) before I started calling around to local businesses.
