My new adventure

So while we were in the process of purchasing our new house, I totally let my tank go and lost alot of $$$$ in livestock. Now that we have moved, I decided to get something smaller and just so happened that i had a buddy (ELSANTA) that was upgrading to a 75 show tank from a RSM130. We did a sweet trade, I got his tank running with equipment and rock and I got his old tank. So now I have a RSM130. Thanks to Aqua SD for saving my a$$ again and holding what was left of my livestock for me until the new tank is cycled.

I bought a Tunze 9002 but ended up just using the skimmer that comes with the tank.

I am running the Ecotech XR30 radion on natural mode 18k setting and am also running two MP10WES pumps. Also running a current 1/10hp chiller. Here are the beginning picture of what I have going. I am slowly adding some stuff that i have back into the tank. I have my sunset monti, red cynaria, small colony of darth mauls and small colony of utter chaos palys in there so far. 2 fire fish and my royal gramma

After speaking with Jeff (specvjeff), he talked me into using the tunze 9002 with a inTank media basket. Its all on order and should be here tomorrow. I also ordered the eheim pump upgrade for the RSM130. Pretty cool little set up for a good price. The only bummer right now is that my XR30 took a ***** on me last Friday and my new one isnt going to be here till the beggining of the year from ecotech.

That is exactly what I did with the purigen and the chemi-pure.... It took me an hour to figure out what was wrong with the tunze but finally saw a video on Youtube and figured out the air hose pinched. Got it going though....It is way better than the stock one... Good thing i took your advise and went this route

I just picked up my Tunze osmolator 3155 yesterday from Aqua SD... Super stoked to get it set up this weekend. I am still waiting for my inTank cup upgrade for the the Tunze9002 skimmer to come in. It should be here on Friday.

I actually already picked up another one from the same guy i bought the first one from. It turned out he had a friend that had one for sale also so I picked it up. I need to put updated photos of everything. There is alot of new livestock in the tank now
