I made a small order on OCT 24 and haven't gotten it yet. I read their eBay feedback and it looks really really good. I've emailed them several times and gotten hit and miss responses. Last I heard they were getting "60hr heat packs" and they would ship tues, here it is Friday and still nothing back from them. Should I call my credit card or try again. Pretty bummed about the whole thing at this point.
