Woke up this morning to find one of my catfish was dead in my pond. It was a 35-40 pound channel cat that was fat and healthy. The only thing I can think of is that there is not enough oxygen in the water. I used to have a water feature/UV Sterilizer that pumped 1900GPH straight into the water that created oxygen. The pump, a Rio 1900PGH, impeller broke and I have not replaced it. Now all that is churning is the waterfall and it is not enough.
If anyone has a submersible pump with at least 1600GPH for sale, please call or text me at 619-320-8359. I'll pay cash money! Please help, I dont want anymore of my fish dying.
