Tank plumbed for closed loop and refugium. Comes with 20 gallon high sump, sequence pump (works well just needs a good cleaning), new refugium lamp, refugium 18 gallon acrylic hex, and a mag 12 pump. tank is Attached to stand and cannot be separated due to a self leveling adhesive that was used. Stand is in decent shape but needs doors. Overflow is slightly off center and to the right. Back is black. Tank will need to be cleaned and moved. I will not do either. I am in del mar. I want this out of my small living room ASAP.
