250w DE MH Fixture and Moonlights

-Coralife Aqualight Pro HQI 24 inch 250 watt fixture.
-MH bulb is a Phoenix 14k that is approximately 6 months old.
-PC bulbs are both Aquaticlife 65w 420/460nm dual actinic square pin and are about 4 months old.
-The LED moonlights built into the fixture no longer work.
-LED moon lights are the R2 Solutions Dual Extreme Moonlight.
-Coralife Digital Power Center.
