Unfortunately the sump has been sold. I am in Mission Valley east of Qualcomm.

You should lower. The price then if that person has to clean it and from the looks of it there's a lot to do to clean it

I live in a condo and do not have a place to clean the tank. I'm getting offers, the price is right and people don't mind cleaning it themselves.
