I think I have something about the initial cost and extended cost (per gallon) somewhere in this thread. However, it's probably buried by now.

This is what they list:
70T= 48.5 x 15.5 x 31.0375" ... this equates to a 102gallon

Valid reasoning. I simply assumed most people understood what tanks were the mass manufactured ones. I also assumed that most people would understand what sizes were not capable of being $1 per gallon.... might have assumed wrong. Standard tanks simply mean that they are not "custom." A Custom tank would cost much much more.

Finally, this thread was originally for the $1 per gallon sale with specified tanks in the description. However, this thread has morphed (and I have continually edited to accommodate that fact). Since its creation back in March, it became more of a "Tanks available for sale" thread. Because of its popularity, and all the questions answered that you can easily read (just go through the posts), I see no reason to replace it.:2cents:

Maybe I'll edit the first post to be more specific....btw, under the "mass manufactured" I do have a list of tanks.... I also assumed most people would realize it's for those tanks.

It has three bulbs.... but I doubt that's going to grow anything. They say its expandable... I think you have to add the strips on... they sell them separately for $25 a piece.

Our cost is $23.50 from Visio for a 20g long. Can't price match below our cost. Petco must be having a sale. I don't feel a $5 difference is a major issue for a superior built Visio Aquarium.

We only sell these because of there popularity as sumps. These are often sold alongside our much more profitable tank sales.

Both would be considered customs. Price would likely be cheaper on the eurbraced 20g long tank than the custom dimensions. However, it isn't liekly to be allot less.
