100gal Saltwater Fish Tank, Stand, Refugium, Skimmer

I'm upgrading my main tank to a bigger size and will be selling my current setup. When I first got it, I had it set up as fish only, but then converted to a full reef tank. I plan to keep all the rock, fish, corals, etc. but will be selling the tank, stand, sump, overflow, etc. The tank is 100gal (5'x1.5'x2'tall) and in very good condition. It has a hang on overflow and is hard plumbed down to the sump with PVC piping. The sump is approx. 30gal. The stand is is solid wood with a dark brown stain.

I also have a refugium in a 20 gallon tank which is plumbed in line with the main tank (see pictures below). It is on an open black solid wood stand. Price for everything is $400 or best offer, I'm open for negotiation.

In the sump I have two Tunze protein skimmers which I will sell with the tank or seperately. They are extremely small and work great, you can use them for a regular size tank or nano tank. $180 for both OBO.

Does it come with the lighting? I may be interested.
