Well I got a beautiful 3" LW aclimated him introduced him to the crew healthy as can be and 2-days he's belly up. At the LCFS he was very active and healthy and my parameters are tips and all tankmates are cool *** happened.

Sorry to hear. Leopard wrasses are not known for having good survival rates in the hobby regardless of your tank conditions. Best case for keeping one of these is buying an established one of somebody breaking down.
