I think I was also one of the ones at fault. I was supposed to meet up with OP yesterday and got tied up with random stuff (and a visit to Will's....) Normally I'd drop a text, got lazy about making a phone call though so ended up being a flake. Called today and straightened it out, but certainly I could have done better.
I aint perfect but I at least try and fess up when I've screwed up
