was trying to find out who all the mods on here are, do they have a comprehensive list of all the people who are mods on here

I've been a mod on other forums. It was a requirement to be on there everyday and actually doing something with the forum?

Some of these guys haven't signed on in ...... years.

Virtually all the issues and complaints people have had about this site in recent times require an admin to work on. Mods can't do any of it.

Mods to basic housekeeping - thread cleanup, moves, etc. Deleting spam. Banning spammers, keep the peace in the event of a rare issue between members. That's about it... doesn't take an army of people to do those things.

Did your admin status expire? is there a term limit on them?

I never had admin status, nor do any of the current mods, AFAIK.

I check in almost daily if work permits, but i don't sign in because it is a hassle for some reason. I takes a couple of tries so i just lurk.

I can only do housekeeping as Peter mentioned, fixing the site is up to the Viking.

If there is a problem, you can always pm a mod, we have jobs and can't be online reading every post on here.

I tried searching for mod list on panel recently too, and was surprised it wasn't listed, I've seen it before at bottom of page, or I sure thought I did at one time.
Very few cats lately, lots of mice!LOL

No worries. It really is pretty easy to do, again as Peter said. Every so often things do get interesting.... and give me a reason to change my avatar. :)
