So everyone is posting their led pendants; figured I'd post mine. It looks like this and runs 18 cree xr-e. I made it a year ago and it physically burnt all my corals. It's 11.8x3.98x1.5. I hate LEDs. No pm's please. Thanks!

Hmmm, how high up was it from your corals?

6in from water, so about 10-18in away.

were all the LED's running? why not just use less bulbs? I have 4 on my 10g and thats way more than enough

most of my corals come from systems with 400w halides. It was a miscalculation. Im going to build a dimmer unit
That's pretty bad ass! What did it cost to build? Minus the housing.

Awesome build! How hot did does the fixture feel after a couple hours? My ecoxotics ran kinda warm.

luke warm at best. I think all the electronic parts were about 200? Not including the fixture

Sweet build... maybe put it on the ceiling...jk. I guess I had better not use all six I purchased for my 5 gal. pico. lol

Awesome build the quality of the housing is very nice. Mixture of blue/white? Quick fix with a couple potentiometers. Must have great workshop, I'm jealous.
