Cloudy Tank

I have a 30gal tank reef and and 3 fishes. this morning i left with my tank like water clear. for some reason when i got home from work my tank was cloudy. fish are alive. can anyone help me?

it is probably a bacteria bloom so everything should be okay.
Make sure you are aerating the water somehow so the oxygen isn't depleted from the water from the bloom. If it seems to be super tiny particles, run some carbon and floss or polyfilter.

If it looks like someone poured milk in your tank, its bacterial bloom. It will clear up in few days to few days to few weeks.

If you have any sand sifters, it COULD be them digging around... I get that sometimes from my pistol. . .

it could be something sexual -;) - like macro alage?

or a leather coral. . . Chap's huge toadstool would throw sperm all over the tank at night. . .
