Nothing has changed in my tank but lighting (changed last month) and location of the hammers. They don't look as full either. Sorry I don't have tank parameters at the moment. Water was tested at OG just a couple days ago. Tested ok.

Here's a comparison

My first guess would be the lighting change......

More information please:

-What lighting did you have before?
-How man hours did you leave it on?
-What lighting did you get?
-How long do you leave it on now?
-Where did you move it from/to?

Went from 2 48" t5 ho and 2 36" pc's to 6 x 54w 48" t5's. Lighting time has not changed. One of the hammers was atthe bottom center and the other to the right. I moved the one from the bottom center to the right side where the other one was and just placed them in holes in the rock.

same thing happened to mine after a bulb change, but I replaced the bulb with the same kind that came out. I hope you get an answer, I'll be watching.

You upped your lighting significantly, so not a surprise the hammers bleached. Try placing them somewhere fairly shady in the tank, see what they look like over a few days. Had to do this when I upgraded my lights from PC's to T5s, left them in a darker area of the tank for awhile, they went from a light pink-faint green to a rich purple with flourescent green.
