ID - Is this a Blue Angel or a Queen Angel?

Does anyone know for sure if this is a blue angel or a queen angel? And does anyone know with reasonable certainty if it is reef safe?

Its a majestic blue angel or Blue-faced angel fish (Euxiphipops navarchus). Queens have a blue circle on their forehead. As for reef safe, hold on.

Blue face angel. Your kidding about the reef safe right? If not then no it's most definitely not reef safe...

Angels are so cool. My favorite is the Emperor aka Imperator. I just hate that they need such big tanks! :( And in general most Angels are not reef safe. There are only a small few that are if I remember correctly. But if you have too much Xenia or zoos, Angels are great trimmers of said things. :D
