Okay, I didn't know where to post this, so it's going here. Please advise if I'm in the wrong area.

The section called "fighting arts" actually has a bit of the history of Master Ricketts training.
If you've ever done martial arts or ever wanted to learn martial arts this is definitely one of the masters to learn from. Arnis/Eskrima/Kali can supplement any arts U now currently do with weapons and open hand techniques. Its a great art for women as well, my sister has been training in it for over 12 years.
