wiring guru's, MH wiring Q's

Hi guys,

my WON T5/ 250W DE ballest died again so i purchased a SLS replacement one. no my question is how do i wire this up? where do i get the lamp cords to rewire this? The hood i have now had two capacitors that are located in the unit itself. do i need to remove them? i'll try and find a wiring schematic online somewhere and i'll post it.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

this is all i could find at the moment the cords are different from what i have on the SLS.
