Anyone have a tabletop router?

I'm building an underwater housing for my digital camera, so i can take video on my scuba dives. I need to cut an acrylic circle to fit flush on top of a tube, so I need a tabletop router with a flush cutting bit. Does anyone have one who is willing to let me use it for a few minutes? I won't be getting to this step in the build for a few weeks, but i want to make sure i have access to the tools before i buy all the materials and start. Also, if anyone has a lathe, that would be sweet too. Thanks!

Ok, it's getting to be that time. Anyone got a router and/or table saw that's closer than el cajon? Russ, I might take you up on that if there's nobody closer :)
