New feedback system

Have a quick site suggestion and wanted to see if we should present this to blake:

i found this addition to the vbullitin software that incorporates a user feedback system to your user name. I think this would be really beneficial for us.

I think it would be really helpful. this way you don't have to dig through thread to get to feedback.
