I have all the supplies and such to make plug. I'll have a few batches made up in the next few days. I'll leave ya a PM or post when they're done.

They'll be cheaper than this place, that's for sure :p

Oh, and they wont look as ugly as the GARF ones :D

:(

Well, the reefgeek order was on hold till I found out from Lubricator if he already has the ballast cord that I needed.

The electrical work.. well, I'm trying. I thought I'd have a little more free time, but it turns out that I'm more busy when I'm not working, then when I am.

I will get to you though Krispy

They are curing now. I will take them out and clean them up today afternoon. Need to go get a new PH test kit to make sure everything is 100% cured.

The first batch I made a little to thin IMO, so the rest I made closer to 1/2" thick. They are very solid. I do need to make a different mold though. I"m thinking a piece of oak will be a stronger mold.

They turned out great though. Will post pics when they're done curing

They are discs, sorry, I was a little misleading with the Plug name.

I can make plugs also, I wanted to get this first batch down to a science, then I'll try making other shapes, and more of "plug" shapes.

What size are you looking for Marlo? I can make just about anything.

I do see what you are looking at though Marlo, in the pic in the first link? A plug with a disk on it.

I will give that a shot. I have an idea of how to get that shape.

PH is a little high when I tested today, going to let them soak a little longer. I have 2 different new molds made that have plugs on the end of the disc's.

I'll have those curing tonight.

Ok, PH is down on the ones I had soaking. They should be ready. If anyone wants to pick some up, lemme know. I'm always running around AW/OG area, and drive right by there on my way home from work, so I can meet up almost any day.

I also have been really busy, so the ones that I was working on that have a plug coming out of the bottom were put on hold till today. I have a new mold made and testing them out right now. Should know more tomorrow on how they come out.
If the mold winds up being reusable, they will be just as cheap. If not, they might run a little more than the simple disc ones due to the cost of making the molds.

I'm also working on getting a free supply of mold materials, so if that goes through, they will definately be cheaper.
