Nice work, Michael!
I'll be following this for an AC110--found my noise problem, too. . . a cracked impeller!
Thanks guys,
Gordon
I normally associate with pics only, but could you please clarify (with words) what's going on in post #2? Thanks! (is this modifying it for low flow? if not, then have you done something else? or?)
I'm temporarily running my AC110 without mods and without basket innards. I reduce the flow by lifting the u-tube up and moving it to the right. I'd like to do the mods some day so that I won't have bits of algae flying about.
Oh, and what type of glue did you use?

This is my second DIY AquaClear70 Fuge. The steps in post #2 is to slow the flow down. It is quite noisier then the other mod because there is a gurgling noise because there is so much water being pump up but can't escape to the other side fast enough. The glue I was using is SuperGlue Gel. You just got to clamp or hold down stuff to get tight seals.

I got the other half of the basket if u want it. Just let me know. I was going to toss it away, but I will hold it for u.

Heiniken is an optional material. As u all can see I am missing alot of pictures between the end of the post #2 and post #3. Heiniken is to blame for all the missing step in between...:D I prefer u use that or other ranking booze ie NewCastle...:D
I pm'd you michael
PM u back...
