best treatment for internal parasite

anybody have any good links or recommendations on treating an internal parasite?
i have a powder blue tang i am getting over ich. he is very thin and has a bulge, commonly attributed to being an internal parasite. he doesn't seem to be gaining weight, but luckily isn't losing it either.
any help will be greatly appriciated.

If not, hit me up Jon, I got some still from my last treatment, along w the Focus that is supposed to help the fish eat it. Had the hardest time getting my fish to eat it w/o the Focus.
