i have a monticap and its not doing so well. what shall i do? i tried moving it lower and then moving it higher but doesnt seem like thats helping. people say its low calcium.

Do you have any other sps? If so how are they doing? What:
1. lights do you have?
2. Size tank do you have?
3. skimmer do you have?
4. ca, alk, mag levels are present in your water?
5. flow is present from what pumps?

Wow, that doesn't look good...answer Stephj03's questions and maybe we can figure out what's wrong and help it out...

i have an orange digi which i got for free from jhai4 and it was given partially growing colors back. now its dark and looking great!
skimmer is a turboflonator,
2x175W MH
the return flow is coming at two return pipes on the right side of the tank and have a koralia 4 on the left side of the tank
just did a CA test and a KH test. CA came out to 500 which is a bit high and the KH test was 7 drops which is about 3.5 degrees

If ur Kh is 3.5, that's way too low. Its supposed to be about 7-9, and some people run it higher. Are you sure you didn't get ur Kh and alkalinity mixed up? Different values depending on the two.
