Jaspers Wife needs alittle help today

Just got a call that Zaida (sp?) is having an issue with Jaspers Calcium Reactor, it got unplugged and now plugged back in, is filling a chamber w/ water that did'nt have water (??? just what I got on the phone)

Is there anyone that is familiar with Jasper Reactors and can swing by or call Zaida and try and help?

I think I walked her through it, but do wish I was closer to see for myself, or someone else nearby could be certain.
Sometimes when they run dry, feed tube gets clogged w/ dry salt, and that lever needs to be cracked a hair more to get it flowing again, and then backed back off to slow drip

Bless you guys. I can help her in other areas, but when it comes to that stuff I dont have a clue. Jaspers set up makes my eyes cross its so complicated
