I'm right there in the dark with the acronyms as well, but I can add a couple to your list for us nOObs;

IMO= in my opinion
LMK= let me know
PE= polyp extension
RTD= recent tissue degeneration
RO/DI= reverse osmosis/ de-ionized
HO/VHO= high output/ very high output
