if you need your glass tank drilled and you think it's the only time in your life you'll be needing one as opposed to buying a bit-kit, let me know. i can do it for ya.

just got my glass drill kit in the mail and i practiced multiple times on a 10g tank and glass pieces of different thickness, using standard glass-drilling procedures. all holes were perfect. the only size bit i have right now is 1.5". glass thickness shouldn't be a factor.

all i ask is $5 to cover my time and the tool costs. it's cheaper than spending $20-50 on a set and never use it again

of course it won't be guaranteed, but it looks like the outcome is in your favor.
let me know

I need to drill the back of my tank to install the plumbing for a sump, but I can see myself having to do this a few more times in the future. Where did you purchase your kit?

Thanks

As always, Tom always comes through for me in a bind. He drilled my glass refugium 20 long for my 180 setup. Hole was clean, even and smooth. Tom always has some solution for anything you throw at him...
