Did he just rub up against something? Is it spreading is it only on his cheek? Is he acting different?

yes he is acting different, always hiding and it looks like it could be a parasite any ideas on how to threat it? I guess I could catch him to dip him in a bucket

i Assume since its a lion and all that is a FO tank? why don't you just treat the whole tank?

I also have 4 anemones, shrimp, crustaceans, and leathers if I threat the whole tank will it affect them?

yes, it will affect them too
assuming it's a parasite
you should QT him elsewhere if possible, Copper is a strong med for killing parasites, but will kill inverts, so treating your system is not an option
Fish like lions are easy enough to catch, so the stress on the fish should be minimal

to top off what scott said, if you treat a FO system that has live rock/sand with copper, you will have dead rock, and dead sand, and dead everything due to ammonia in your tank.

They are reef safe with the proviso that they will eat ANYTHING that will fit in its mouth. The mouth opens like a grouper- so be forwarned. Those chromis and shrimp make expensive snacks.
QT with copper.
