termites in my tank?!

Ok so i just moved my tank to the other side of the room and the next day a bunch of these termite looking things showed up. they look like copepods but i looked at some pics of them online but they are not. i dont have a good enough camera to get a good pic of them. they are multiplying like like crazzyyy! does anyone know what im talking about? lol

alright they look more like copepods.. or really really small wood eating termites the white ones

will they die off though? how come they all just came up out of no where?

They are good for the tank, I want them more in my tank, the more the better, they are algea eater, and also mandarin food source.
They show up in your tank maybe because when you moved rock around, you messed with their mama :)). You will see thousands of them at night; use a flash light.
