Sick Clown

We need some advice. We have a naked clown that was real active this week. Starting Thursday, we notice that there were some white spots on his body, the eyes were a little swollen and he was not as active as before. Now, this morning, his stomach is very swollen. The shrimp keep trying to attack him.

Any ideas what this is and how to treat it?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

what kind of shrimp do you have in the tank? And your fish could have the common "ich" but it's hard to tell without pic's try to put a pic for a better understanding to better diagnose it's disease if it has one.
