I need to reseal the corners on my glass tank. What kind of sealent do i use and what is the best method of cleaning and applying?

clean the glass with acetone and seal with aquarium safe silicone

also make sure you use a razor to clean off any old residue.

Sounds like justification for a upgrade :D

If you live close to me. I have a Brand New tube of some aquarium sealant.
It's yours if you want it...

home depot is a good place to get it as well.

I can see being a bit worried about the GE silicon at home depot especially after reading the disclaimer. Personally I've used it without issue.

If you want to go the safe route, I have seen tubes of "acrylic safe" silicone at home depot as well. They are in smaller tubes and more expensive, but may be worth it. I don't remember the name of the brand, but they were in the paint department by all of the adhesives.

just make sure it says GE012A thats the same thing all glass aquariums uses
