Our power has been out for 1 1/2 hours so far & SDGE doesn't expect power for another 2 or more hours. What should I do to keep oxygen in the water? I don't have any battery emergency back up equipment. Please help.

How big is your tank? You can periodically stir up the water with a whisk. My power was out for 11 hours while they did some repairs on the electrical in our neighborhood and I had no issues. It is a 300g display with approx. 450g of total water volume. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it is a very small tank.

Its 135g with approx 160 volume. Would it help to scoop water out & pour back in?? Or is that unnecessary.
