How about taking the 30 second delay off of sending pm's??

How about taking the 30 second delay off of sending pm's?? I know that some members were against that because of sending double pms. But if that is the case how about reducing the delay?

I think I suggested this awhile ago as well...also taking the delay off posting in general....maybe lessen it to 5 secs
