View Full Version : Spots on Clown!!!!!!!!!

hi everyone!
as i went too say good night to the tank i saw that my true percs clowns had some brown spots on them. i dont have a camera on my now but ill do my best to describe it. okay the spots are brown. they are spead out throughout the orange part of the body from the fins back. they have been sratching and picking on the torch coral skeleton. do you guys thinks its just that the torch stung then? are they sick? what should i do? i know its hard with out the pics

It's fine, the torch is just stinging them. They will heal up in time.

no worries, these spots will come and go as your clowns touch different corals. :)

I was just about to post a thread on the same subject. I just noticed my female false perc. has about 8-10 black spots on her. I was curious if it had to do with the torch possibly stinging her. She usually hosts my toadstool leather, but is spending more time at night around the torch. Sounds like I don't have to worry?
