This meter appears to be the same unit sold through Harbor Freight for 49.99 regular pricehttp://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/photos/90700-90799/90716.gif ;) Harbor Freight (http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=90716)

I ordered mine about a month ago, and it showed up promptly. I just used it to calibrate my swing-arm and put it back in the box until I suspect my swing-arm again (btw, my $6 hydrometer was dead-on accurate, and my sister's was .001 off ...)
