Red slime agea and Xenia heads dieing....

Ok soi went on a business trip for the last 7 days and had my mom watch my tank and it looks like helll. i have two issues:

1. some sort of read slime that has a few bubbles.... taking over left sand bed?
2. the pom poms on my xenia look like a few ate them or the are falling off...

please check the photos for what im talking about. here are my tank levels:

Salinity:1.024
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite:0
Alkalinity:180
PH :8.2

I dont have anything to check Calcium, Amonia, or Iodine levels. ? should i check these?

Please let me know what is going on.

It looks like cyano bacteria to me. It will cover your corals and suffocate them. siphon as much of it out of your tank with your water changes. You might want to test your waters to see what causing it. Phosphate is what I would test for but there might be other factors that cause it.
