Thinking about making my own. Thought I'd share what I found. Ballpark +/-$50ea depending on what kind of aluminum you use and if you already have the tools. Maybe a good activity for future NCRMAS, SDMAS, SBRS meeting???????

$50 is if you buy a hand riveter and you already have cutting shears or a dremel.

How did yours turn out? Have you compared them to the commercial version?

The thread talks about using solar extension tubes and flattening them out. But I suppose you could also buy some flat rectangular reflectors from marine depot.
