I recently bought a one-ounce / 28 gram container of HBH's 8 Veggie Flake from Aquatic Warehouse. My fish love it! The flakes consist of: spirulina, fish meal, wheat flour, starch, green pea, carrot, spinach, fish oil, romaine lettuce, alfalfa, zucchini, beets, and kale (and other ingredients). This food was originally for the yellow tang, which predictably gobbles up the green flakes. But I was somewhat surprised to see all the other fish --two Ocellaris clownfish, a firefish, a shy goby-- also go wild for the veggie flakes. In order to add variety to your feeding routine, I recommend 8 Veggie Flake. The one-ounce container actually holds about 1.5 cups, and is lasting many months .

Yeah, mine is still half full, a year later...my tang loves this stuff.

I have a one ounce container that my fish won't touch. I even tried soaking in garlic. If anyone wants to try it, it's yours for the taking. Come pick it up.
