sick Ric

i have 2 ricordias and one is not looking so hot. It is very small and weak looking, it hasent lost any color but damn is it sickly looking. The other one ric is real haelthy nice and full. So what is going on please somebody hook me up with the info

i think i found the problem i changed my lights and the ric instintly started to look better
